Ajinomoto Factory Study Tour
Ajinomoto Group conducts sustainable activities in their study tour all as part of their commitment to extending the healthy lifespan of 50 billion people and cutting environmental impact in half by the year 2030. More than 100 Swinburne Vietnam students were able to tour the factory and saw the waste-water treatment area, where the treated water will be discharged from the factory into the Dong Nai River. Students could also experience the Ajinomoto museum and saw the closed production process, which includes the MSG packaging area and the liquid seasoning room.
Moreover, students particularly enjoyed the preparation and tasting of Dorayaki pancakes. They studied how to cook the company’s signature Doraemon pancake from Ajinomoto’s chef, tasted it, and drank Brendy milk tea.
