On Saturday 22 April 2023, Swinburne Social Club (Utopia) organised a showcase of their dedicated project on cyberbullying and verbal abuse.

Verbal abuse is a critical issue in Vietnam, in which the use of negative and abusive words causes harm and psychological trauma to the recipient. Especially in the current era of developed social networks, the problem of verbal violence on social networks is becoming more and more dangerous, causing the term “cyber violence” to become popular. Gửi tôi was organised to raise community awareness on the impact of these issues on individuals.

The showcase received many positive feedbacks from the community, and successfully sent the message on how we can do better as a community.
