International Earth Day

To celebrate Earth Day, we bring our own water bottles to use throughout the day instead of using single-use bottled water and creating a lot of plastic waste. In addition, we also bring plastic bottles to exchange for cakes in order to recycle and reduce the amount of waste generated on Earth Day.

But that’s not all. We also participate in decorating the pots to grow beautiful little lotus plants. It is really an interesting activity when we are able to practice planting trees and contribute to creating a greener environment.

Hopefully, the small actions of Swinburne Vietnam students have helped spread the message of environmental protection which is in aligment of SDG6, 13 and 15.
