General Rules and Regulations
• University is open from 7:00am until 19:00pm Monday to Saturday. Students are advised to arrive at their classes at least 5 minutes before the class starting time.
• Attendance at all classes is compulsory and students must maintain a level of 80% attendance in order to be able to complete each semesters examinations.
• Students should ensure they have their Student ID cards with them whenever they are on campus.
• Students must park their vehicles only in the allotted parking area.
• No unauthorised guests or visitors are allowed onto the campus.
• Smoking of cigarettes and vapes/e-cigarettes is prohibited in all areas of the campus.
• The consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited in all areas of the campus and will result in disciplinary action.
• The preparation and consumption of food and drink must only take place in the kitchen and community rooms on the 7th floor in Hanoi campus and other floor in HCMC campus.
• Students must ensure they clean and tidy completely all community rooms once they have finished using them.
• Students are solely responsible for all of their personal belongings and valuables whilst on campus.
• In the case of any medical emergency on campus students must inform a member of staff immediately.
• If students would like to book a laboratory or community room on 7th floor in Hanoi campus and other floor in HCMC campus, they will need to complete a room booking registration form.
• Students must take care of University property and premises. The cost of replacement for any damaged items will be the responsibility of the individual student or students.
• Students must treat staff and fellow students with respect at all times.
• Access to unauthorised areas, including the roof of the campus building is strictly forbidden and could result in disciplinary action.
• Student couples must limit affectionate physical contact whilst on the university campus.
• All mobile phone devices must be kept on silent mode or used with headphones whilst in any community rooms or during lessons to avoid disruption to others.
