In this major, you will gain an essential understanding of business operations including organizational behaviour and managing workplace relations. You will also learn practical skills in areas like data analytics, data collection, strategic planning and project management.  

The aim of this major is not to make you an instant expert; it’s to give you the confidence to ask intelligent questions so you will be able to get the answers you need for successful administrative work in any industry or workplace.

By the time you graduate, you will have the confidence and skills to apply your knowledge to the workplace.
