Admission Procedure

Step 1: Register and Interview

  • Fill out the Admission Application Form
  • Participate in exams and interviews to assess English proficiency and learning needs
  • Eligible students receive admission notices and scholarships (if applicable)

Step 2: Enrollment Agreement and Fee Payment

  • Enrolled candidates pay an admission fee of 4,600,000 VND (approximately 200 USD)
  • Complete the application and admission procedures with required documents:
    • Admission application form
    • 2 passport-sized photos
    • National high school exam certificate & temporary graduation certificate (with notarized translations upon admission)
    • Notarized translations of high school transcript, birth certificate, ID card/Passport
    • Copy of English language international certificate (if available)

Step 3: Enrollment

  • Eligible applicants can enrol in January, May, or September semesters annually
  • Attend the Global Citizenship Education (GCED) placement test
  • Engage in orientation and learning activities
  • Apply for major admission upon meeting English language requirements
