Applying to Swinburne Vietnam

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Complete the Application Form for admission.

• Participate in the screening/test process to clarify your learning goals and assess your academic ability and English proficiency. Applicants meeting the admission requirements and passing the assessment will be eligible for enrollment.
  
• Receive the Offer Letter and information about scholarship eligibility (if applicable).

Step 2: Confirm Admission, Complete Documents, and Pay Tuition Fees

Upon accepting the admission offer, applicants must pay an application fee of 4,600,000 VND (equivalent to 200 USD).

Complete your admission documents and procedures by submitting the following required documents:

• Admission Registration Form (downloadable from www.swinburne-vn.edu.vn or collect it at the Admissions Office).
  
• 01 certified copy of the High School Graduation Certificate or provisional High School Graduation Certificate (with English translation).
  
• 01 certified copy of the High School Transcript (with English translation).
  
• 01 certified copy of ID Card/Passport.
  
• 01 certified copy of English language proficiency certificate (if applicable).

Step 3: Enrollment

Applicants with sufficient documents and meeting admission requirements can enroll in the January, May, or September intakes each year.

• Participate in the English Placement Test and class allocation at the Global Citizen Center.
  
• Join orientation activities and initial academic sessions.
• Register for your specialized study program once the English requirements are met.
