Study Tour – Global Gateway is Swinburne Vietnam’s international learning experience program, inspired by “The World Is Our Campus”—one of the four key quantum leaps in Swinburne University of Technology’s Ad Astra 2030 strategy.

Designed to extend learning beyond the classroom, the program takes students to destinations including Thailand, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, and Singapore, where they can immerse themselves in new cultures, engage with leading universities and businesses, and gain valuable international perspectives. Eligibility

The program is open to:

• Swinburne Vietnam students enrolled in their major program.
• Students commencing from the September 2026 intake onwards.
• Students who complete the required application documents. As places for each destination are limited, applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Apply

Step 1: Register

Choose your preferred Study Tour destination and submit your registration.

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents

Provide the required documents, including a valid passport and any additional paperwork requested by the University.

Step 3: Attend the Pre-departure Briefing

Join the orientation session to learn about the itinerary, travel requirements, and important information before departure.

Step 4: Begin Your Global Journey

Travel to your chosen destination and enjoy an unforgettable 3–5-day international learning experience.

Scholarship and Financial Support

The Study Tour – Global Gateway Scholarship covers airfare and program fees. Additional personal expenses may vary depending on the destination.
