2. Preventive Mental Health Programmes
– R U OK? Week
Held annually, R U OK? Week encourages students to check in with one another, start meaningful conversations, and foster a culture of empathy, connection, and mutual support throughout the Swinburne community.
– Well-being Fair
The Well-being Fair brings together a variety of activities, workshops, and resources that empower students with practical tools and strategies to maintain positive mental health and overall well-being.
