ID Card

Your student ID card is your “passport” to explore a world of opportunities and challenges at Swinburne Vietnam. Present and use your student ID card anywhere on Swinburne Vietnam premises. The card can also be used to register for transportation services or access public libraries. With your student ID card, you can enjoy student discounts and special offers (such as monthly bus passes, movie tickets, student SIM packages, etc.). To receive these benefits, students must present the card directly at the service provider.</p

How to Apply for Your Student ID Card

Step 1: Take your photo

You will need to upload a portrait photo in (.jpg) format. The photo must meet the following requirements:

  • Size: 30×40 mm
  • Color photo (not black & white)
  • Plain, light-colored background (no patterns)
  • Full-face view, facing the camera
  • No shadows, underexposure, or overexposure

We will send you an email if you need to resubmit a new photo.

Step 2: Request your student ID card

Once you have a valid (.jpg) photo, please:

  • Submit your photo as part of your admission application.
  • After completing the enrollment process and officially starting your studies, visit the StudentHQ Office to collect your student ID card within a maximum of 5 working days.
