Gender Equality is one of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations, which aims to increase the rights and opportunities for women and girls. At the workshop, the guests also shared their personal experiences and discussed with students how to get rid of existing “prejudices”. Most of the guests agreed that changing gender stereotypes needs to start with themselves, from within the family, in order to bring people closer together, not by making them become warriors to “fight”.
