Cultural Exchange 2022

In December 2022, the Cultural Exchange warmly welcomed beloved Swinburne Vietnam students from Ho Chi Minh City to pay a visit at our Hanoi location.

The Cultural Exchange was well designed with activities and events, including the cozy first meet up, where students sang, played games, and exchanged their favourite local food; the second SVN Classic, a sensational friendly match between the two football clubs of Swinburne Vietnam; and visits to most notable monuments of Hanoi. During 3 days of the exchange, students from both locations had great chances to get to know each other, and to share relatable stories of their experience at Swinburne Vietnam.

This activity represented SDG 11, which is to make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable. Specifically, this event contributed to increasing the spirit of solidarity between students of the two regions, raising their awareness about balancing physical and mental health, and helping students better integrate into the environment at SVAP.
