EATCLEAN Talkshow with Chef’S Choice Club
Eat Clean is a diet in which you will prioritize fresh, clean, organic, and limit processed foods such as canned or fast foods. So instead of canned or packaged foods, choose fresh products for your meals. An example of a meal that falls within this diet would be a spinach salad with grilled chicken, quinoa, avocado, walnuts, and apple slices.
Along with the explosive trends in recent years such as minimalist lifestyle, Eat Clean diet is mentioned as one of the most effective methods to have a balanced body and reduce the percentage of fat in the body. In recent years, the term eat clean is gradually gaining popularity in our daily lives, especially for those who are looking for a way to elevate their physical health. Eat clean is a healthy lifestyle that benefits everyone’s health through the “Clean eating” diet.
Chef’s Choice club organised the EATCLEAN Talkshow to raise awareness of this diet amongst the student community. This talkshow aligned with SDG 2, which is the global effort to end hunger and achieve food security, as it ensures that only unprocessed, healthy foods are being consumed. Eating clean is an easy way to start making healthier choices and can help to reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases like obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. By focusing on fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, nuts, and seeds you can create balanced meals that provide your body with essential vitamins and nutrients.
