JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Event Content Design: Develop event concepts for students and alumni, plan agendas, and create engaging activities and experiences.
2. Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing events, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors and teams.
3. On-Site Event Support: Help set up event spaces, ensure smooth execution, and engage with attendees.
4. Marketing & Promotion: Support event promotion, design materials, and create content for social media.

5. Coordination with Volunteer & Partner: Assist in recruiting volunteers and coordinating with sponsors, vendors and partners.
6. Post-Event Evaluation & Improvement: Collect feedback, prepare reports, and suggest event improvements.
7. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Currently a university student or recent graduate in related fields.
2. Strong event and project management with an update in student trends.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
5. Language: Proficient in English (report writing, communication, presentation), equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or higher.
