JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Video Production & Editing: Filming, editing, and producing short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube, etc.).
2. Content Creation: Support in designing and developing creative multimedia content (images, reels, posts) that aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.
3. Social Media Management: Scheduling posts, engaging with the community, and monitoring trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
4. Event Coverage: Capture videos and photos of university events, student programs, and other activities to create engaging highlight content.

5. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with different departments to support communication efforts and align content with ongoing campaigns.
6. Basic Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance and provide insights for improvement.
7. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Currently a university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
2. Passion for content creation, especially video production for social media.
3. Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
4. Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
7. Language: Proficient in English (report writing, communication, presentation), equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES (IF ANY)
1. Experience in filming and editing short videos.
2. Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
3. Previous experience managing social media accounts or producing content.
4. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to quickly update new trends and innovate in content, especially on short-video platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Reels.
