“Many Vietnamese parents are not on the right way in directing their children career choices. While Vietnamese students are still dependent on their parents to decide where they would go in the future, other developed countries have implemented career orientation programs which provide High school students with help and advice on choosing the career they desire. The policy makers have full understanding about the human development and full awareness of the discrepancy among individual growth.”Mr. Do Cao Bao, member of FPT BOD, FPT Vice General Director, has stated in the recent interview with VnExpress, in which he expressed his opinions about High school students’ choice to pursue tertiary study.

When being asked to predict which jobs would be prevalent in the next 5 years, Mr. Do Cao Bao stated that Digital transformation is likely to be the crucial strategy in businesses and organizations when it comes the Era of Industry 4.0. The Digital transformation involves in all industries in our society, not only Programming, so there would be a bunch of IT jobs involved such as Data Analyst, Data scientist and so on. Beside the Digital transformation, the Vice General Director also mentioned the recent development of AI which holds potent in vast numbers.
