Swinburne Career Day 2022

????????? ?????? ??? ???? was held in July to inspire our students by discussing the importance of navigating the transition from university to industry. We aimed to provide them with a one-stop place to meet with recruiters and an opportunity to join in interactive panel discussions, sharing information sessions with managers, recruitment personnel and recent graduate hires to find out about current opportunities.

In the ????????? ?????? ??? ????, students would have the chance to get inside information on hiring and selection processes, expand the professional networks with recruiters, and be a general chance to ask any other questions they may have. While the practices of networking have been made easier thanks to the development of social network and the Internet, the face-to-face meeting still remains one of the most effective ways of communicating.

This event has raised students’ awareness on SDG 8, especially target 8.3. It had a significant contribution to promote support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, including through access to employment services.
